- For manufacturing defects / damaged upon arrival, we will cover return shipping.
- For warranty claims, shipping fees are borne by customer.
- If the returned item is in unsuitable condition, we may return it to you at your cost.

Please contact us within 7 working days upon receiving the parcel.
We will:
- Arrange return of the item
- Provide replacement or refund after inspection

- Item must be returned with original packaging and accessories
- Company is responsible for shipment loss/damage during initial delivery
- For returned parcels, item is customer’s responsibility until it reaches our warehouse

- Returns are usually processed within 7 working days
- Refund may take up to 14 working days depending on bank processing

Refund will be made via:
- bank transfer
- Delivery charges are non-refundable once delivery is completed.
- Installment payments are not eligible for refund
