  • For manufacturing defects / damaged upon arrival, we will cover return shipping.
  • For warranty claims, shipping fees are borne by customer.
  • If the returned item is in unsuitable condition, we may return it to you at your cost.

We will:

  • Arrange return of the item
  • Provide replacement or refund after inspection

You may receive:

  • Replacement (shipping or self-collect)

  • Returns are usually processed within 7 working days
  • Refund may take up to 14 working days depending on bank processing

Refund will be made via:

  • bank transfer
  • Delivery charges are non-refundable once delivery is completed.
  • Installment payments are not eligible for refund
