• All purchases will be delivered 𝐨𝐧𝐥𝐲 𝐚𝐟𝐭𝐞𝐫 𝐟𝐮𝐥𝐥 𝐩𝐚𝐲𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐩𝐚𝐲𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭 𝐜𝐥𝐞𝐚𝐫𝐚𝐧𝐜𝐞.

• Exceptions: 𝐈𝐧-𝐬𝐭𝐨𝐫𝐞 𝐩𝐢𝐜𝐤𝐮𝐩 & 𝐂𝐚𝐬𝐡 𝐨𝐧 𝐃𝐞𝐥𝐢𝐯𝐞𝐫𝐲 (𝐂𝐎𝐃) are available only for 𝐞𝐱𝐢𝐬𝐭𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐢𝐧-𝐬𝐭𝐨𝐫𝐞 𝐦𝐞𝐦𝐛𝐞𝐫𝐬.

1.3 𝗦𝗮𝗿𝗮𝘄𝗮𝗸 𝗗𝗲𝗹𝗶𝘃𝗲𝗿𝘆 (𝗕𝘂𝘀 / 𝗟𝗼𝗰𝗮𝗹 𝗟𝗼𝗴𝗶𝘀𝘁𝗶𝗰)

Shipping via 𝐁𝐮𝐬 𝐄𝐱𝐩𝐫𝐞𝐬𝐬 or 𝐋𝐨𝐜𝐚𝐥 𝐋𝐨𝐠𝐢𝐬𝐭𝐢𝐜 𝐂𝐨𝐦𝐩𝐚𝐧𝐢𝐞𝐬 is available for customers within Sarawak.

1.4 𝗖𝗼𝘂𝗿𝗶𝗲𝗿 𝗗𝗲𝗹𝗶𝘃𝗲𝗿𝘆 (𝑴𝒂𝒍𝒂𝒚𝒔𝒊𝒂-𝒘𝒊𝒅𝒆)

• Orders will be dispatched within 𝟐𝟒–𝟒𝟖 𝐡𝐨𝐮𝐫𝐬 after payment confirmation.

• Estimated delivery time (excluding weekends/public holidays):

∘ West Malaysia: 3–5 working days

∘ East Malaysia:

- Sarawak : 2–3 working days

- Sabah      : 3–5 working days

2. 𝗥𝗲𝘁𝘂𝗿𝗻 𝗣𝗼𝗹𝗶𝗰𝘆

This return policy applies to purchases made from 𝗕𝗘𝗘 𝗕𝗘𝗘 𝗠𝗼𝘁𝗵𝗲𝗿 & 𝗕𝗮𝗯𝘆 𝗖𝗮𝗿𝗲 -  [ Owned & managed by BEE BEE Baby Store SK (SKI/BNR/097/2025) ]

2.1 𝗥𝗲𝘁𝘂𝗿𝗻 𝗘𝗹𝗶𝗴𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝘆

• Returns must be made within 𝙨𝙚𝙫𝙚𝙣 (7) 𝙙𝙖𝙮𝙨 from the date you received or collected your item (based on courier record or self-collection date)

• You may request a return if:

✅ You received the wrong item

✅ The item has a manufacturing defect

2.2 𝗥𝗲𝗾𝘂𝗶𝗿𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝗥𝗲𝘁𝘂𝗿𝗻𝘀

To be eligible for a return, you must provide:

① Proof of purchase (order invoice number or receipt)

② Unboxing video showing missing or damaged items

③ Item must be:

✅ In new, unused condition

✅ In original packaging

✅ With all accessories: manuals, warranty card, authenticity certificate, tags, seals, free gifts, vouchers

④ Product must not be used, worn, installed, or damaged due to customer handling

2.3 𝗡𝗼𝗻-𝗥𝗲𝘁𝘂𝗿𝗻𝗮𝗯𝗹𝗲 𝗖𝗼𝗻𝗱𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀

Returns will NOT be accepted under the following conditions:

▶️ Item received more than 7 days ago

▶️ Change of mind (wrong size/colour/model, found cheaper elsewhere, expectation issues)

▶️ Non-Exchangeable Items

The following items 𝒄𝒂𝒏𝒏𝒐𝒕 𝒃𝒆 𝒆𝒙𝒄𝒉𝒂𝒏𝒈𝒆𝒅 under any circumstances:

• Baby diapers

• Personal care & hygiene products

• Breast pumps & accessories

• Baby bottles & storage bags

• Any opened, used, or damaged product

• Clearance items, display items, Facebook Live items (sold as-is)

▶️ Claims for missing/damaged items without unboxing video will NOT be entertained

3. ⁌ 𝗥𝗲𝘁𝘂𝗿𝗻 & 𝗥𝗲𝗳𝘂𝗻𝗱 𝗣𝗿𝗼𝗰𝗲𝘀𝘀 ⁍

3.1 𝗩𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗳𝗶𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻

• We will verify your return request and arrange for the return.

• Evaluation will be done within seven (7) working days after we receive the returned item.

3.2 𝗩𝗮𝗹𝗶𝗱 𝗥𝗲𝘁𝘂𝗿𝗻𝘀

If 𝒂𝒑𝒑𝒓𝒐𝒗𝒆𝒅:

• Refund or replacement will be arranged accordingly

• Refund will follow the same payment method used for the original purchase

3.3 𝗜𝗻𝘃𝗮𝗹𝗶𝗱 𝗥𝗲𝘁𝘂𝗿𝗻𝘀

If the return is 𝒊𝒏𝒗𝒂𝒍𝒊𝒅:

• We will notify you

• Item will be returned to you (delivery fee borne by customer)

• We reserve the right to reject any return/exchange/refund

4. 𝗘𝘅𝗰𝗵𝗮𝗻𝗴𝗲 𝗣𝗼𝗹𝗶𝗰𝘆

Exchange is allowed only for the same item.

• If the item is out of stock:

Ⓐ You may top-up the balance for a higher-priced item

Ⓑ If the new item is cheaper, no cash refund will be provided
